Mass changes in QM data?

Dear SAPIENTS,

I wan to do mass changes in around 3000 materials.

In some of the material QM data is not created and in some it is created but QM procurement and control key is not defined.

Can anybody tell me procedure for it?

Hi Kaushal,

- As suggested by Atul, to activate / Deactivate the Inspection set up in QM view the trx is QA08.

- Now if the material is created but QM view itself is required to be extended, you must try MM50

- QM view is extended but only some fields are required to be maintained or changed then you must try the trx MM17 or MASS

Hi Kaushal,

You can do it by T-Code 'QA08' (Mass change of QM Inspection setup data in Materials). You can Activate or Deactivate the Inspection Type, You can get a list of missing Materials for which you are not activated a perticular Inspection Type, You can Process Individually or you can process the material in mass.

I hope it will solve your problem.
