High Rack Pick in Warehouse management

I would be thankful if somebody can answer my question.

The system does the undesire pick. It picks from the High Rack rather than the Floor pick.

How can I extract this information to see the cause such as Out of stock, replishment or some other problems which is doing a high rack pick.

Hi Amit:

If you create your transfer order in the foreground via LT04 or LT03, then choose Stock Removal Foreground

(F5), and go to Environment>Storage Bin Search Log (Shift F8), the system will show you the logic it's using to find the storage types and search sequences used to find the product in the bin.

Actualy users are creating Transfer Order. What I am looking for is how to extract infromation from WM about a Material which was Pick from the High Rack rather than the floor Pick(this is how system sometimes does it).

Hi,

You may need to check the Sort sequence for stock removal (picking) for the warehouse in the SPRO side. The path is SPRO -> Logistics Execution -> Warehouse Mgt -> Strategies -> Define sort sequence for stock removal.
