time management issue
3 queries plz help..
1) If employee works 20days 1 day leave has to be generated
2) CL Absence entitlement per year is 6 and should be generated only on July 1st of every month, once if it reaches "100" system should not allow further additions. Limit is 100 for encashment.
3) career planning should be done based on Employee group & sub-group criteriz...
4) any documents on PD or Training Management...
