How to develop XI adaptor modules in Java

Hi expert,

I haven't found any detail blog or article about how to develop adaptor modules. There is SAP help: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/8b/895e407aa4c44ce10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm, but it's not really useful for a newbie.

Basically I need to know:

1) how to setup the environment in NWDS for adaptor module development. Like which libraries needed to be downloaded, etc.

2) How to code a modules. Like which interface to implement, I guess EJB would be needed.

3) How to deploy the module, which JNDI look ups are needed and how to define them.

I am Java expert and very familiar with NWDS, good knowledge in XI. So if you could provide step-by-step doc or infor for people like me to get started with adaptor module development, it would be very much appreciated.
