Quote Conversion issues

Hi

Quotes created pre or post Ecc6 are not copying into contract correctly.

First Issue:

For example: The quote created today , when copied into contract, the contract did not copy in the billing plan.

Second Issue:

Quote created pre ECC6 release, when copied into contract, contract had different prices for the line items than on the quote.

This seems to be infrequent, not all quotes are resulting in copying errors.

These are the issues.

If any body knows what causing this Please give throw some ideas.

I would appreciate for the earliest responses.

The way I was trying to figure it out is the following:

I have created the new documents Quotes and Contracts when I compared the Billing dates in the Billing plan tab dates looks fine.

Same way for the Pricing issue from the Quote to Contract for the specific materials which has the issue, the prices were copying from the quote to contract as same.

I didn't find any price differences.

Is there any other way to approach to reslove this issue and I can't able to replicate the same issue in other boxes

Hi

Regarding the second issue of copying prices as it is, please check the copy controls between the Quote and the Contracts for all the combination of Quote and Contract document types. Check for the PRICE TYPE field.

Hi Ravi,

I checked the copy controls from the quote to contract its fine and even document types.

But i didnot understand where i need to check Price Type field.

Could you please explain to me a little detail.
