When I create a report in crystal reports and link more than one database I lose part of my data. All the data I want to appear does not show up in report. Does anyone have an easy solution for this

Hi.

Can you please check the join between two database tables ? If you are joining with Inner Join than that case you will loose some data where it is not present in either of the tables. Try to use Left Outer / Right Outer joins according to your data tables.

Thanks,

I'm not sure what you mean by left or right outer. I use the link that is part of crystal reports it will not let me link by key. Is there another way to link.

If you double click on the link between two tables, it will display the link type (join). Can you change the join type and check your report data.

OK that helped with all of my items to show up, but my bin location is not showing on all of the items.
