Bank Reconciliation

Hi,

My user is trying ro reconcile a bank statement but when she hits the reconcile button the following error message is displayed.

"Bank Pages Add-on is not availablefor a house bank account when bank statement processing is enabled" (3542-11)

Any help much appreciated.

Hi Martin,

it appears that there is BSP activated in the database.

Please check if the box 'Install bank statement processing' is ticked under Administration -> System Initialisation -> Company Details -> Basic Initialisation tab.

Please log a support ticket to get this tick removed.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the replies.

We are not knowingly running an add-on called "Bank Pages".

Our add-ons are....

Outlook Integration and Copy Express.

Hi,

Maybe your Addon is not compatible for SBO. What do you use the Addon in SBO?

Otherwise, please look for Addon Manager from administration menu.

Go to:

Administration > AddOns > AddOn Manager

What AddOns are running in this system?

It sounds like an Add On is throwing that error, not B1.
