line item is undeliverable

Hi Gurus,

I have an issue. a line item in the sales order for 50 quantities cannot be delivered, when I check the schedule line it has 0 confirmed quantity. but when I check the batch (with mmbe) it is pulled from there is sufficient of 510 in storage location and 100 in customer consignment and 50 in the the particular batch, can any one tell me what to do or why the system is not allowing me creat delivery for this line item.

I have a very shout window of time so can any one pls help

Good Day,

Use Transaction MD04

Pass the material and analyse the same.

May be some orders or deliveries reserved those quantity...

If something is confirmed already then modify the same occording to your priortity.

Did you check all the blocks, mainly the credit check?

Hi,

Highlight the line item and click on the check item availability button. The system will display the available quantities and dates that can be confirmed for the quantities. If the system displays the available quantity as zero, then click on the ATP quantities button at the top, which will display the receipts(like PO) and issues (like assigned sales order, deliveries etc) details.
