External URL in ESS & MSS

Hi All

When user clicks on Salary Statement links under Benefits and Payment in ESS i need to call external url

For this i created url iView for this 3rd party external url. How to link this in ESS

is it possible to do it in backend.

Become familiar with the Homepage Framework. What you will need to do is create a resource (done in IMG) that points to your iView. The resource is then called by a service (same area in IMG). The service needs to then be applied to the area page. For some context, Benefits and Payment is an area and Salary Statement would be your service. The resource would be the actual Web Dynpro that was deployed with your ESS BP.
