Hi all,

I am working on time management and i have to set rotation shift for every 15 days. the shift is like this.

1. 6.00 am to 2.00 pm

2. 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm

Weekly off is Friday.

For every 15 days the shift changes for all the employees.

I have created two different daily work schedules and also created a PWS in the following format.

99 GSF1 GSFL - Shift 1 001 GSF1 GSF1 GSF1 GSF1 WOFF GSF1 GSF1

99 GSF1 GSFL - Shift 1 002 GSF1 GSF1 GSF1 GSF1 WOFF GSF1 GSF1

99 GSF1 GSFL - Shift 1 003 GSF1 GSF2 GSF2 GSF2 WOFF GSF2 GSF2

99 GSF1 GSFL - Shift 1 004 GSF2 GSF2 GSF2 GSF2 WOFF GSF2 GSF2

99 GSF1 GSFL - Shift 1 005 GSF2 GSF2

99 GSF2 GSFL - Shift 2 001 GSF2 GSF2 GSF2 GSF2 WOFF GSF2 GSF2

99 GSF2 GSFL - Shift 2 002 GSF2 GSF2 GSF2 GSF2 WOFF GSF2 GSF2

99 GSF2 GSFL - Shift 2 003 GSF2 GSF1 GSF1 GSF1 WOFF GSF1 GSF1

99 GSF2 GSFL - Shift 2 004 GSF1 GSF1 GSF1 GSF1 WOFF GSF1 GSF1

99 GSF2 GSFL - Shift 2 005 GSF1 GSF1

For the first month work shcedule is created properly with weekly off as friday. For the next month the weekly off is appearing on sunday and for next month tuesday.

Request all the time gurus please help.

Warm Regards,

Rajesh

Are you using positive or negative time management? If negative, are the shift regular enough? (like always starting at 2:00) ot it can be variable? all these question because I can only see a solution with Flex Daily and on the top of time schema

Sorry wrong key....

Use the time schema to transform time pair the way you want..... but that is not possible if negative time with multiple choices of shift

Hi,

The problem here i see is in your PWS. Since you have PWS for Monday and Tuesday for the first month it is changing the off day in the consecutive months.

Create a PWS which starts on monday and ends on Sunday. Note that you cover 15 days first and 15days second shift with this.

Gurus will give you more suggestions.

Thanks,

Preetham

Hi Guru,

Thanks for your immediate reply. I've created PWS which starts on monday and ends on Sunday.

May you please explain how to do for 15 days first shift and 15 days for second shift.

Thanks again.

Warm Regards,

Rajesh
