Confirmation workflow getting error

Hi,

I have activated the confirmation workflow WS10400010 (worflow without approval). I am trying to do the GR in SRM and it's generating local confirmation number. When i see check status showing is awaiting approval.

I have activated only above workflow for confirmation and remaining all are deactivated.

Also for each time i am doing the confirmation then i am getting one message in my inbox.

Workflow 65606 set to status ERROR

Desciritpion of above work item:

Please repair the suspended workflow Context Information: ID: 65606 Work Item Text: Workflow for Purchase order No. , Guid User: SAPADMIN Language: E Press 'Execute' to display the workflow that has errors.

Mostly this happens due to some sub workflow linked to the main one not active or doesn't exist in the system. Check the WF log and you will get an idea what's wrong with it.

576140 - Executing workflow check when saving a document

Check your task was discussed. However it was old note. you can figure out waht was the problem with wf consultant.

Occasionally, you may not be able to start a workflow due to technical problems or an error in Customizing when you order a shopping cart or when you create a goods receipt confirmation or an invoice.

The aim of this note is to prevent the situation described above.Before you save a document on database, a check is carried out to establish whether a relevant workflow has been found.If no workflow has been found, the document creator is informed of this by means of a dialog box. In this case, no further processing of the document is authorized.

hi all,

I have also a problem with WF WS10400010. Anytime we try to execute this WF we get an error. Checking it out through TX:SWI2_DIAG we have found out we have a problem in the first sub-workflow WS10000203. The dialogue box we get is:

+Error al crear un componente del tipo "Paso de espera"+

+Error al crear una posición de eventos+

+Error al iniciar el work item 000000002148+

+Error dentro del método CL_SWF_RUN_WIM_EVENT->_CREATE_WORKITEM_CONTAINER+

+Error dentro del método CL_SWF_RUN_WIM_EVENT->_GET_INIT_WORKITEM_CONTAINER+

+Workflow 000000002148, paso espera 0000000011: Ningún ID objeto válido en elem.container PROCUREM+

+Work item 000000002148: No es posible ejecutar objeto FLOWITEM, método EXECUTE.+

Does anyone know why this error is happening?

Hi,

Go to SWDD t-code and enter the workflow number ws10000203 then go to change mode and activate the workflow then it should work.

Adding to MAsa,

SWI2_ADM1 - just execute you will get the list of all workitem without agents . you can see the diagnosis.

Hope that you are PO has approved and BBP_GET_STATUS2 job is running fine .check SLG1 and SWUD - type your wf and execute in test mode. are you seeing any error there.Hpe you can diagonise your error there.

check with workitem via swi1 and what is the workitem status

moreover how this workitem got triggered via any JOB?.

please check how did you get this message or check SOST for sender work item. you can trace if itis via some job/
