Dear Expert,

During SM12 Lock entry . I am seeing one Entry from Last 3 days. in Table EBAN and MARM of same user. what should I do?

Hi Manu,

Check whether the user holding the lock is still active in the in t-code sm04

CHECK IF BACKGROUND JOBS ARE RUNNING FOR THOSE USER - T-CODE SM37

You check with the users and delete the locks in sm12.
