Activation of account assignment elements is missing for FM area 1000

Hi SDN ,

I'm running FMBB transaction .

i selected FM Area as 1000(or any) and it's giving the following error .

"Activation of account assignment elements is missing for FM area 1000"

can u please suggest me what settings need to be done to solve the error .

Hi Suman..

Please maintain setting in the following path..

Budget Control Systems -- Basic Settings -- Use of Master Data -- Activate account assignment Elements in Budget Control Systems..

i went through that path ..

there was 1 entry as :

FM Area Fund Fund Center C.item Func.Area Grant Funded Program

6000 optional mandatory mandatory not used not used optional

i tried to create new entry for FM Area 1000 .. but it's not allowing .

Error : Fund not active with FM Area 6000.

also i tried to change the existing entry ...

but it's giving me the same error ..

can u please tell me the solution .

i tried to do the settings but it didn't work out as it was giving some errors as i mentioned before.

but the entry 6000 exists there ..

so i created fund center and commitment item in FM Area 6000.

and when i'm giving this entry in FMBB it's giving the following error :

"Fund not active with FM area 6000"

can u please suggest me the solution for it .
