Dear all
how should i maintain the settlement rule for huge number of WBS elements??
ain't no other way but maintaining them manually and individually for each single WBS element ???
notice that all mentioned WBS elements are to have the same settlement rule.
In addition to suggestions already provided, you can also consider developing a BDC for CJ02 T.Code for maintaining settlement rules.

you can firstly maintain the top wbs settlement rule, then run CJB2, choose the top wbs,
then all the subordinate wbs will have the same settlement rule as the top one.
hope that helps.

Hi,
Maintain settings in SPRO for automatic generation of settlement rule.
SPRO->Cost->Automatic periodic alllocation->settlement->settlement rule for wbs element.
Then use tcode CJB2.

Hi
I think there is no other way in standard SAP.
Best thing will be to record a CATT script for the same & run for any no of WBS elements with same or different settlement rules.
Hope this helps

Hi!
Please refer to following link. This may solve your purpose.

Also, in case all WBSE are having same settlement rule & also they are to be settled at same place then you may run the settlement at top level of WBS hierarchy. Go to CJ88 and just select the option with hierarchy.
