Functional specification is the document which a functional consultant prepare for a technical consultant which gives a clear picture of the requirement / development. Ex: If a report is required by the client which is not available in the standard, then we need to get it developed by the technical people. The technical person needs some document with the total requirement & usage of fields & calculations. This document is nothing but Functional specification.

Hi,

Fucntional specs contain name of the table, transaction codes etc.

It is hardly possible since these spec are specific for each client
