HI,

WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS TAXES USED IN MM.

PL GIVE THE DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THOSE TAXES.

Hi,

Following are the Taxes applicable in MM;

1. Excise Duty (BED, SED, AED, ECS, SECess, NCCD, etc...)

2. CST (B/w 2 states), VAT (With in State)

3. Withholding Tax (TDS)

4. Service Tax (Service Tax, ECS on ST, SECess on ST)

5. Import Duties (Basic Customs Duty, Countervailing Duty (CVD like BED), Additional Duty of Customs (ADC))

Also there are several other taxes like; Entry tax, Works Contract Tax, etc...

taxes depends upon different countries laws.

In india

1. with holding tax.

2.excise dutyand cess

3.VAT or CSt

4.custom duty

5.additional duty,ADC etc
