Rebate Process

Dear Gurus, Please Help on the following:

I'm trying to create Rebate Agg Ty H002 (like 0002) by new entries , I'm not getting the Sales Doc. type *HB1, HR3 & HR4 (Created by new entries * repleca of B1,R3 & R4) at the alternative option (F4) for settlement.

Please reflect some suggestion

Hi,

Make sure you've assigned the newly created document types to your Sales org.

Path: IMG Settings > Sales and Distribution > Sales > Sales Documents > Sales Document Header > Assign Sales Area to Sales Document Types

The ideal way of copying a document into a new document type is with the various table settings. While copying, when system asks "Is entry relevant for copying control", click "Yes'.
