Hi All,
We are using ICWC 5.0 so users will be sending Emails to the customers through ICWC so i want to know which users has sent how many mails.Kindly suggest me where to see in which table.

In BI 7.0 that information comes standard in one of the service extracts. We pull it by employee responsible.
Hi,
You can use the datasource 0CRM_ERMS_ITEMS in BI and generate the report. But this datasource may need some enhancements for the employee responsible.
