Hi Experts,
We are trying to upgrade from old server(OS - windows2000) to new server (windows 2003).
Its also upgrade from 32bit to 64bit.
Currently we have 5 application servers mounted on a single database server.
When we tried to upgrade in test server, user is not able to acess the server directory(to save file from backround job) inspite of having authorization.
Please let me know if you need further inputs.
Eagerly looking forward to your help.
Best Regards,
Apps
In Windows Server 2003 you will need to check both the folder permissions as the share permissions.
They are both the same location, but there are two different pieces of the authorization puzzle in Windows.
And teh permissions need to be granted to te SAP service account (probably SAPServiceSID)
