Adding new chart gives a problem

Hello,

I made a dashboard and wanted to do some changes. The problem is, when i add a new chart he inserts it with the default theme and default color (not adapted to my colors). I can't open the properties of it, so i can't change a thing. Otherwise copying other charts that already exist don't work too.

I'm using Xcelsius 2008, and there are a lot of cell bindings. I resolved it by using a previous saved version of my dashboard with less query results.

Another problem i'm struggling with is that live office gives an error while adding a large universe query (10 columns, 4000 rows)

Will you please give more details of your model?

Are you using Xcelsius 2008?

Very large models may have difficulty adding new components. Do you have a lot of cell bindings or lots of components? If you do, if you remove some, are you able to add a new chart?

You say you can't access properties. Are you able to access the properties of existing components? Are you sure your model is loading correctly? Can you enter preview?
