mvt type 102 cancellation of material document

Hi,

while we make GR thru MIGO mvt type 101 for exciseable material system capture and post the excise automatically

my question is while making cancellation of htis material document thru MIGO mvt type 102, hte excise is not reverse automatically.

is this is possible to reverse excise while cancellation itself.

Hi,

You Cannot cancel in MIGO.

First cancel matl doc in MIGO.Then Go to J1IEX- post the excise Invoice then J1IEX-cancel excise invoice.

No, you have to follow the below process;

1. MIGO - Cancel GR Document

2. J1IEX - Post Excise Invoice

3. J1IEX - Cancel Excise Invoice

U are very correct the step is

1.migo mvt type 102 cancellation

2.j1iex post

3.j1iex cancel

but our requirement is to do this job in 1 step as it happen while creating mvt type 101 MIGO.

Hi,

It is not possible by any mean to cancel the Part 2 Entry during GR cancellation since at this time only Part 1 gets cancelled. You have to cancel Part 2 separately in J1IEX.

Hello,

You can try from MBST transaction you can reverse it self.

While MIGO you may cancell only Material doc and remaining you cancell from J1IEX
