Problem while saving order from notification

Hi guys,

I am gettign a problem while saving order frm notifiation, I have checked so many times and its taking different PMactivity type. I am able to save the notificaiton for getting order, when I am opening that order its asking to change the PM activity type. I am getting the following warning message while saving.

"This FL is part of an upcoming Outage (Open Priority 4 Orders Exist):

Can any one give proper answer.

This looks like a customer-specific develpment.. What is the error message number?
