What is the difference between Single and Multiple Goods Receipt.

What effect does it cause?

hi

In single goods receipt you can receive one Gr per excise invoice

while in multiple you can receive more than one Gr against on excise invoice

Hi,

If you set the single goods receipt, you are allowed to refer the exise invoice only once against a single GR.

If you have set multiple GR, the same excise invoice can be referred for multiple Gr's against same PO.

i.e You can capture excise against same excise invoice number for multiple GR's against same PO.
