Personnel Area capturing

Hi,

If one employee's base location is bangalore,,

and for project purpose he is moved to onsite,,

now i want to capture his onsite area as personnel area in his SAP details..

In which table it will be stored , or by which Function Module I can get the details?

Can anyone help me in this query........

Hi,

Why don't you use personnel subareas?

They're generally used for locations.

Dear

Personal sub areas most of the time are configured as divisions or departments but not as loactions.

So it is better to config personal areas as locations.

So create a new personal area as your onsite location.

Hi vishveshwar,

If there are different locations that company reside with different tax codes they are tracked by personnel subarea. This is how it is advised by SAP consultants in Turkey.

Create one personnel area for that onsite area in the IMG.

Follow this Navigation Path in IMG:

Enterprise Structure -> Definition -> Human Resource Mangement -> Personnel Areas

It will populate the table T500P
