Hi,
How to maintain data in table ECRMSETTINGS in ISU .
What is that CRM_DEFAULT_PRODUCT stands for ..
What is the significance of maintaining data in that ?

If you are creating CRM service contract by using product and we are replicating to to Contract in ISU system then we have to maintain this field by product.
Then this product MDT will be trigger for creating Technical Master Data.

prince here..to maintain data entry in ECRMSETTINGS adopt the following procedure..
go to sm30
gv ECRMSETTINGS in the blank space and click maintain
then clcik new entries
and gv service type and if available gv default product
thats it..

Thanks for your quick reply .I have tried the suggested process..But I am getting the error like " Utility product does not exist Message no. EPROD024 "
Does this mean that i need to maintain the same material in CRM ?
We still have not done any product settings in both the systems..

Same Product and product ID should be maintain in CRM system also.
When you are saving then this FM will call to validation .
CALL FUNCTION 'ECRM_GET_PRODUCT_LIST
