How to set block using status profile on document

Hi, experts, anyone can tell me how to set block using status profile on document?

Hi,

do you mean how to lock a document info record? If yes, you can maintain a 'release' status for your document type and maintain status type 'locked' in customizing transaction DC10. If the document info record is then set to this release status and saved most of the fields are locked since the status is changed again.
