Change Address Account - SAP Community

We need to change de standar address in Interaction Center in Indetify Account.

Some know if is possible, change the standard addres for use another?

Yes the address can be changed in the identify accout screen, is standard functionality.

Out of the box standard functionality should allow you to change the address data in the Identify Account screen.

I'm not a developer, but you can create your own framework (assigned to your interaction profile in the IMG)

The address view can be copied to a Z view and put into your framework. There are certain business roles where we don't want the agents to be able to change an address and we were able to accomplish this thru this fashion.
