RSPLAN error

In BI 7.0 RSPLAN gives the following message

Connect to messages server host failed connect PM_TYPE=MSHOST = HOSTNAME GROUP=PUBLIC R3NAME=SID MISSSERV=sapmsSIDPCS =1 location CPIC(TCP/IP) on localhsot with Unicode error=ERROR group public not found.

What could be a reason for this problem and how to resolve it.

I would appreciate all your suggestion and help

Check SMLG, group public configured in system SAP.

Dear, check Note 937697 - Usage of SAP NetWeaver BI Diagnostics & Support Desk Tool.

SAP NOTE resolved my problem.
