Within BOE XI R2, I have added a job to refresh the metrics. I have set the job to begin immediately (now). But when I view the history details of the job, I discovered that the job fail to run. The message states "No operating system credentials were set for running the program"
I am running BOE XI R2 on a Windows Server 2003 PC. I did not specify any login credentials to run the service. The BOE services are all running as LocalSystem
Do I need to specify or create a Windows login account for the BOE services to run?
Have you configured the job server in the CMC/objects/objects settings/program objects?
Regards,
Tim

To be able to run program job objects you need to provide OS credentials for Program Job server properties in CMC.
