Hi everybody,

Kindly let me know that what is the functionality of the check mark in Finance Report Templates " Show missing accounts"

As per my observations we can click the checkmark only in Balance sheet and Profit and loss templates. But not possible to check that box in trial balance.

Kindly let me know the usage of this checkbox and my requirement is that suppose i have opened one ledger in chart of accounts but i ahve not updated in the template then how i come to know that which particular accounts are not updated in the templates??.

Hi,

The trail balance will have all the G/L accounts,so it is the option is not enabled.

System can recongnise P&L and Balance sheet G/L is permanant,where as trail balance does not have fixed account.

What B1 version, localization and PL are you using now?

i am using SAP business one 2005B version and patch level 36.

India localization.
