Sap connection

Dear Team,

During Open the QAS server in SAP Portel. SAP Router status is showing Cancelled.

Whats the reasion .? How I check this one .? and in Connection Status it show cancelled in gray color.

PLZ help . Thanks in advance.

Your network connection broke, this has in most cases a physical reason, DSL disconnections/redialing etc.

Close the connection and re-open it, check with your provider what happened to the connection.

If you have an open connection to SAP, sapserv3 (or any other CSS box) is pinging constantly to check if the connection is still open. If it fails a number of times, it sets the connection state to "broken".
