Hi Venkat,
It seems te problem is there in SNC. First try to connect to OSS without SNC connection. If it works for you than go for the SNC connection.

Dear Nelis,
I should also use VPN Connection to configure SAP router.
I'm struggling to configure.
Your kind suggestions would help me in solving this problem.

Hi Venkat,
Try first to connect without SNC then once you have corrected any connection errors then you can use SNC.
To be honest I don't use SNC on our router just firewalled so only SAP has access to the router for external connections otherwise we use VPN. Make sure there is no firewall blocking your access to SAP. Did you check the validity of your certificate with the command I mentioned ?
Regards,
Nelis
Hi,
Looks like there is a problem with your SAP router's configuration with SNC, perhaps a problem with the certificate ? On the system running the SAP router do a 'sapgenpse get_my_name -n validity' - which should show the validity attribute of the certificate.
Check http://service.sap.com/saprouter-sncdoc for further information.

Nelis
