Hello,
The output tax type to the country must be assigned in:
IMG - Sales & Distn - Basic Funtions - Taxes
Once you maintain this, the tax relevency for master records for output tax must be given (0 - Tax exempt, 1- Taxable).
IMG - Sales & Distn - Basic Funtions - Taxes - Define Tax Relevancy of Master Records - Customer Taxes / Material Taxes
Once you do this, the tax classification fileds will appear in customer and material master records.

Dear Suman
Go to OBD2, select the account group, double click on Sales data. Again double click on Billing. There you can see a field [Taxes and licenses] for which you have to select the box [Req Entry]
thanks

Dear Suman,
Go to T-code - OVK4 OR folloe this menu path:
IMG - Sales & Distn - Basic Funtions - Taxes - Define Tax Relevancy of Master Records - Material Taxes
You can define taxes that appear in Material Master records here...
You can also define Taxes that appear in Customer Master by selecting Customer Master option...
Hope this helps...
Give points if Useful.,..
Thanks,
