Greetings all.

I am running an import from an export received from 2004s_SR2 non-UC system x86_64 AMD..

to a

2004s_SR3 non-UC system also running on the same hardware and Operating system.. SuSE Linux 64

This is the output I get from the import.log file;

[snip]

java version "1.4.2"

Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 2.2)

IBM J9SE VM (build 2.2, J2RE 1.4.2 IBM J9 2.2 Linux amd64-64 j9xa64142ifx-20070808 (JIT enabled)

Loading of 'SAPAPPL1' import package: OK

Import Monitor jobs: running 3, waiting 14, completed 1, failed 0, total 18.

Loading of 'SAPSDIC' import package: ERROR

Import Monitor jobs: running 2, waiting 14, completed 1, failed 1, total 18.

Import Monitor jobs: running 3, waiting 13, completed 1, failed 1, total 18.

[end:snip]

Looking further to the SAPSDIC.log file, this is the output i get;

[snip]

(DB6) Using LOAD API for table DDNTF_CONV_UC

(DB6) [IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0125E Function sequence error. SQLSTATE=HY010

(IMP) ERROR: ExeFastload: rc = 2

(DB) INFO: disconnected from DB

[end:snip]

I have tried running this scenario many times now with different things tried.. But the only import monitor failure is the SAPSDIC..

I have tried - importing from an SR2 sapinst export.. (Source System is SR2 Linux x86_64)

Updated the the latest R3szchk + ran all the DDL scripts... (none generated)

I have also tried importing from a SR3 sapinst export..

Imported to a brand new installed OS... Making sure no users/mounts etc etc remained from previous import failures..

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards

Vee

Hello Vee,

please have a look at SAP note 1166540 "Short text DB6: CLI0125E Function sequence error." and try the mentioned solution.

Best regards,

Hie Thomas,

Ok, I will make the suggested changes as per SAPNOTE.. The system is currently still importing the other Jobs.

I will let it finish, and fail, then make the changes and 'retry'.

Kind Regards

Vee..
