Removal of Action Box in Notification M1 Type.

Hi,

I request the step by step customisation process to delete the Action Box in M1 Notification.

I am useing ECC6 version.

Plz help me

hi

in following path you can go remove the required action box related data,

Notification Processing>Additional Functions>Define Action Box-->Define Follow-Up Functions (Generated Tasks/Activities)

Dear Abdul,

I hope you problem is solved. If not than follow the same path of Thiyagrajan,

Select your notification type than double click on Activity Type. After that select that FK Typ line and double click on Dependent Follow-Up Functions. Now inside that click on function and now click on delete icon.

in the IMG>PM/CS>Maintenance and service processing>Maintenance notification>Notification processing>additional functions>Define action box

in that select Define Follow up actions.select your notification and delete the activities
