two plants used one storage location

Hi All,

One scenario is with me where My client wants to use one common storage location for delivery and billing with multiple plants i.e. 2-3 plants can use one storage locations inventory at the time of PGI.

Can anyone help me out.

what is the use of creating so many plants for one storage loc. Instead you can use one plant and one storage loc.

Not possible.

Three plants can have same storage location (say 0001 : Common Store).

But for inventory management point of view they will behave as not one but three storage location. That is, 1000-0001 (Plant-Sloc Combination) and 2000-0001 & 3000-0001 for all practical purpose except the name and decription will be treated as different storage location.

But you can try it. It may the thing that your client is interested in.

Invoices split will happen in this scenario.
