Hi,
we have three solution manager messages that we cannot update.
when we go to the Update mode, we get a msg "Document is being distributed; Changes are not possible"
I went to transaction crmbs02 selected the status profile, and accessed Transaction Control Parameters, and set "Forbidden" and "No action" values for the parameter "To be distributed"
Please advice asap as to how we can update these messages.

Pls use CRM_CHECK_DISTRIBUTION_STATUS to unlock the messages.
Then they can be edited.

Mesages which are already distributed cannot be recovered...Had it been possible, it would have been a serious violation of several Audits....
We encountered the same problem and we used a workaround....
You can create a new ticket..... manually copy all the data from the older one to the newer one....and then in the short descp mention the reference of the actual ticket....
