Edit Analytic - BOXI R2

Hi,

How do I edit an existing analytic which I have used in few of my corporate dashboards ?

I actullay wanted to add few navigation options to an analytic present in my dashboard.

Hi Thangaraj s,

To edit analytics that are on a dashboard, select "Customize" on the top right corner of the dashboard. This will bring you to the Content section of the Dasbhoard. From there, you can select the Pencil icon from the analytic you wish to edit.

Hi,

Tried that already, it does not provide options that i have while I create my analytic.

I mean the navigation options or the options to edit the query ,change the metric etc.

It takes me to a screen which asks me to select the document to display!

What kind of Analytic are you using? The Customize options can differ depending on the type of Analytic in use.

Can I refer any product docs which explains these options in detail?

Hi Thangaraj,

The analytic is most probably a saved analytic in the repository somewhere... you need to find it within the folders in Infoview, open it and you will see the "edit" option on the top right hand corner.
