Reg. Goods issue & Goods Receipt

Hi all,

Can any one tell me what is the use & impact of RG23A part1 & RG23C Part1 in the Goods issue & receipt Screens in SAP B1.

After saving the GI & GR.I found some values in that field.I don't know where it has impact.
