Hi Guru's

can anybody help me for my issue.

I was trying to post the f-02, but the system shows one error

( Error : Balancing field ' segment " in line item 001 not Filed ) after that i create segment, again i posted the entry with fileld of segment . the error is solved

now my question

1.why the system show that error , because G004 and G001 all the field are surpress mode.

2.can i post the f-02 with out segment field any possiable is there?

if any possiable is there how i do it.

i will assign the pts

Hi

Segment input depends on GL characteristics.

Means if it is B/S item then it should be required and if P/L gl then it is not mendatory(subject to segment must be assigned to the respective profit center and profit centre must be assigened to costcenre.)

Hi,

Also check the settings in FBKP. Now click on Posting Key. Double click on Posting key which you are entering in F-02. It may have required field for Segment.
