Any body worked on Paper Manufacturing Industry?

Hi Gurus,

If some body worked on Paper Industry..

1. How Paper CESS is captured in GL Accounts and how it is paid to Excise Authorities?

2. Utilisation has any link to CESS ? (Because for CESS there wont be any offsetting and it is paid once in month to Excise Authorities) Is it the way followed or any other way.
