Error in Org plan with User

hi gurus,

i have created USER xxxxx.it could be appear in ppoma_bbp as a user.but when i was trying to assign this user to org plan i got two errors as shown below.

1. Attribute check has failed for user xxxx.

2. user xxxx not integrated into Org plan.

i run USERS_GEN & bbp_bp_om_integrate. what is solution for this error.

can any one put an eye to solve this issue asap. please help....

Hello,

in Extended Classic scenario, backend purchasing group:

1 - must be set as puchasing group in PPOMA_BBP

2 - backend purchasing group must be filled + backend logical system

3 - you must fill Responsibility tab -> Organizational Responsibility

As you indicate in this message description, you didn't fill this

tab and in this scenario is necessary to fill Organizational

Responsibility. You can fill with root node or company node. Product

responsibilty is optional.

System get local puchasing group for SC (using local purch. group resp)

and in backend validation or PO transfer, backend purchasing group is

used and the system use backend purch. group resp.

I think you are selecting the wrong option. From Trx USERS_GEN, select "Copy user and Empl...", then select "Create users from existing SU01 users", then the follow the instruction.
