cancelation document which was created by mf45

Dear sir

Issue : Material cleared in Reprocessing Components: Rep.Manuf.

Brief Note : While clearing the Back Flush in Transaction Code MF45 Two Documents have been generated against Finished Goods Booked.

Document Numbers are 1) 4900066760 2) 49000 66747

Normally during this transaction only Raw Materials needs to be stcok adjusted but in this documents the Finished Goods 90310203 was increased by qty of 167.9 Cu.Mtrs which is a wrong entry.

When we try to cancel these document through migo we are getting the following error message.

Material document cannot be processed.

pl tell me how to slove this problem.

Hi,

1.Check whether you are using the right order to reverse GI. Has GI been posted for the order before?

2. Check COGI whether the previous GI exists in as error record, If so clear this or delete and make fresh GI

Try using the MBST transaction. Enter the goods issue material document and year and save.

i tried as per u sugtion but i get error masg.

Check table 063: entry WS ST H does not exist

Diagnosis

In table 063 the entry WS ST H is missing.

Procedure

Make sure your entries are correct.

If table has not been maintained correctly, please inform your systems administrator.

problem not yet sloved , pl give correct suggition
