smartforms Printing problem in zebra printer

Dear all,

Iam trying to print the label of size 4.00 inch x 7 inch using smartforms, but when i print , the top portion of the label is empty and almost it is skiping 1.5 inch. Even though i have not mentioned the upper margin in the smartforms properties.

In the zebra printer also i changed the printing preference as 4.00 x 7.00 inch, but still it is giving the same print out with blank at the top.

Kindly guide me how to format this.

The problem got solved, It was due to non caliberation of the zebra printer, i followed the calliberation procedures and corrected it.

Hi,

Please check in Tcode :SPAD for that printer settings.

check printer settings or else printer person to set the settings according to your printing program
