Marketing survey responses not received
We have created a survey in CRM_SURVEY_SUITE and have included the URL for the survey in a mail form. Subsequently we created an email campaign which sends out the survey to the customers. Once the customers receive the survey, they maintain answers to the questions in the survey and click on the save button.
The screen after this changes saying "your request is being processed" and then a BSP termination errors is received. Would someone please be able to send me a list of tasks to be undertaken for getting the survey responses. We are running a standard scenario and hence I was expecting creation of activity records of type 0000 but nothing of the sort happened.
