Message Error: INBOUND expired

Dear SAP experts,

Good day to you!

I need help /assistance on a specific error that I am getting in the XI log,

The specific error is,

<com.sap.aii.ra.ms.api.MessageExpiredException: Message (INBOUND) expired >

The scenario is that a 3rd party system will send data to GDP-XI. (inbound to XI)

Adpater used is SOAP adapter,

Need your great minds on this one.
