Graphical display is not coming to web reports after SAP Patches is done

Hi all,

We have done Support packs for our BW 3.5 system and currently i am trying to see my web reports. but the web reports are not showing in the graphical display. only report data is coming. Please let me know where should i check the configuration and any related things.

check your IGS status.

Yes, start running report GRAPHICS_IGS_ADMIN, or if this does not work check sm59 with IGS_RFC_DEST.
