Internal error TSKH while loging in the DR system

Hi,

Everything is started successfully both the database and sap started successfully with the command of startsap. But when I loging the system it is giving the below error.

*"Internal error TSKH while loging the Test system"*

have you already checked sapnote #328785?

The topic of the note sounds different, but take a look at the section:

"As a side effect, the R/3 start or logon to R/3 may fail with the following misleading message".

Hi Stephen,

The said note is related to the database, my database is working properly even sap is starting properly. When i am trying to login in that time this error is coming.

PLZ PLZ help me how i can up the system.

Hi jitendra,

Even your database will be running you will get this error because of some datafiles will be offline.

For confirmation you can execute below commands

Start SQLPLUS:

sqlplus "/ as sysdba"

DSELECT TABLESPACE_NAME FROM DBA_TABLESPACES WHERE STATUS = 'OFFLINE';

Check if you are getting any value.

Also paste dev_w0 trace file.
