Hi I m creating sales order with material A which is perfectly available in the stock but system is not confirming the schedule line by today it is confirming on other date

Dear Shambhu

- Check in [VL21] whether a delivery is created and saved without doing PGI for the same material.

- Check in your [OVXD] what value is maintained for the field Factory Calender. Go to [oy05] select the factory calender and see whether the day on which you are trying to create delivery is ticked. If not, tick that day and retry.

R u getting any Conformed date in Schedule line. If u r not getting Check TOR and Availability check mark in Requirement Class, Req. Type, Schedule line Category.

If ur getting a date but future date means

Check

1. Order Type - Details(Contols) - Lead time in days.

2. Material Master data - MRP2 - Scheduling days and

MRP3 - Tot. repl. lead time.

Hi

The probable reason could be different lead times specified..like pick/pack times(specified in shipping point), transit time(specified in Route) etc., Another reason could be the holidays as per the factory calendar.

Hi there,

Could be that the stock available today is against another sales order. In MMBE check is the material stock is against any other sales order. In that case, stock will be posted in sales order stock.

Only if stock is reserved for another purpose, it will propose another date.
