Error at delivary

Dear all,

I tried to raise a sales order for a material(FERT),.after sales order i could able to do picking.At PGI level an error is coming that

"Valuated stock becomes negative:136 "

At MMBE 136no. of unrestricted stock is available.I tried to reverse the stock with 562 movement type at MB1C the same error is coming.I checked the procedure and diagnosis of the error, There it is saying to check Material master and Material document and Accounting document.

I could not able to solve the problem. Request you to guide me to over come this.

Check whether you have maintained Negative stock allowed in Material master.

Revert back if you have doubts

Please check in OMJ1 whether you have checked the box Neg stocks allowed for the Valuation Area.

Is the requirement such that Negitive Stock allowed? only if yes, in that case activate Negitive Stock tick, else do not activate the same.

As it is related to valuation, consult FI Consultant for a solution.

I checked at OMJ1 but there, stock was not negative. Still not able to do PGI request you to advice for further process.

Hi Aditya,

I regret for the delay.

Try going to OBY6 it is Company Code Global Parameters there you can find a indicator related to negative postings.(Bottom of the screen)

Check whether it is activated or not.

I think this will help you.
